Executive consultation set for NigeriaWorks 2030 Workforce Initiative in Abuja

A high-level executive consultation under the NigeriaWorks 2030 Initiative is scheduled to take place on Thursday, July 17, 2025, in Abuja.

The event, organised by Vivacity Development in partnership with the SAM Empowerment Foundation, will bring together selected stakeholders to discuss the future of work and workforce transformation in Nigeria.

The closed-door, invitation-only session is expected to host policymakers, private sector leaders, development practitioners, and innovation experts. Discussions will focus on strategic approaches to employment, digital skills, inclusive job creation, and economic resilience.

Through this multi-stakeholder consultation, the Initiative seeks to lay the groundwork for sustainable solutions that will elevate Nigeria’s global competitiveness by the end of the decade.

The event will feature a blend of keynote addresses, technical panels, and interactive sessions designed to yield actionable insights and ignite long-term partnerships. Attendees will engage directly in the development of a strategic workforce roadmap that reflects both national priorities and global trends.
