Bvndle appoints Nwaguru as Ag Managing Director to accelerate innovation

Bvndle, the pioneering lifestyle and loyalty platform has announced the appointment of Ikechukwu Nwaguru as its new Acting Managing Director.

With a dynamic background in product innovation, strategic marketing and ecosystem growth, Ikechukwu will lead Bvndle into its next chapter, one focused on deepening value for users, expanding merchant partnerships, and delivering culturally relevant reward experiences at scale.

With over seven years of cross-sector experience in financial services, tech, and creative industries, Ikechukwu brings a rare blend of strategic clarity and fast-paced execution. Prior to this appointment, he served as Bvndle’s Head of Product, Innovations & Marketing, where he led the successful launch of the Bvndle iOS, Android, and Web apps.

“This appointment is an exciting evolution of the work we’ve been doing at Bvndle. We’re building a future where loyalty is not transactional but deeply experiential, and I’m committed to scaling systems that unlock that future for users, merchants, and partners across the ecosystem,” Nwaguru said.

His career includes impact-driven roles such as Innovations & Special Projects Manager at VFD Group Plc, where he helped shape the group’s digital investment strategy and launched standout products like Target Savings and Bvndle Games. As Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Artsplit, he led the company’s market entries into Ghana and South Africa, delivering 400 per cent user growth. At Anchoria Investment & Securities, he pioneered a brand repositioning strategy that increased Gen Z engagement and digital interaction by 60 per cent.

Head, Marketing, Bvndle Ized Uanikhehi, said, “Ikechukwu’s vision, executional discipline, and ability to merge product with storytelling is a key sign that bvndle is building in the right direction. He understands how to scale trust, loyalty, and innovation simultaneously, the core pillars of our brand.”

A Venture Fellow at Dream VC, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM), and currently pursuing an MBA at Nexford University, Ikechukwu brings not only operational insight but also a future-facing lens to leadership in Africa’s consumer-tech space.

As Ag. Managing Director, he will oversee the growth of Bvndle’s lifestyle reward infrastructure, expansion into new merchant categories, and deeper integration of digital and offline reward pathways, efforts that will be spotlighted later this year at the highly anticipated Bvndle Rewards Festival, scheduled for November 25, 2025, in Lagos.

The festival is set to be Africa’s first large-scale celebration of loyalty, where thousands of customers, creators, and brands will come together for a high-energy experience featuring immersive booths, brand storytelling, exclusive merch drops, a live awards show, and a
music-filled finale.
