In the evolving landscape of Nigerian real estate, Ojika Ugochukwu is steadily making a name for himself through the impact of El Roi Residence, Kuje, and his company, ICM Homes and Properties, operating under Ichie Millions Limited. In just over two years, he has helped more than 500 Nigerians achieve property ownership—an achievement that highlights his deep commitment to transforming lives through real estate. But beyond the numbers lies a story rooted in resilience, vision, and community service.
Ojika Ugochukwu hails from Ohaji/Egbema in Imo State and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic Nekede. While his academic background may seem removed from the property world, it equipped him with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail—skills he now applies in navigating the challenges of the real estate sector.
His engagement extends beyond business; he is a member of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN) and an ambassador for the Oodua Association, reflecting a strong dedication to community security and cultural heritage. These values inform the way he does business: with integrity, inclusiveness, and a focus on long-term impact.
The founding of ICM Homes and Properties was driven by Ojika’s belief in real estate as a pathway to wealth creation and financial independence. He recognised that many Nigerians were shut out of the market due to financial constraints and set out to change that. Through flexible payment plans and affordable housing options, his company aims to democratize property ownership and reduce the barriers that prevent ordinary people from investing in real estate.
With plans to employ 50 young Nigerians from August 1st, Ojika is extending his impact beyond homeownership to job creation and youth empowerment, reinforcing his role as both a developer and a nation builder.
