Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has ventured into filmmaking with his debut role as an executive producer on 3 Cold Dishes, a Pan-African thriller from Spaceship Films.
The movie, which is scheduled for a November 2025 premiere, tells the story of three women who, after surviving trafficking, reunite years later to seek justice.
According to the producers, the project was shot across Nigeria, Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, and Mauritania, and features a diverse African cast.
The film also blends English, French, and Yoruba languages to reflect the continent’s cultural richness.
