Ecobank Nigeria has unveiled a special Super Rewards campaign to mark the 40th anniversary of the Ecobank Group, with over N61.2 million set aside for customers across the country.
The five-month campaign, which runs from September 2025 to January 2026, will benefit 914 customers through cash prizes and other lifestyle-enhancing rewards.
Speaking at the launch in Lagos, Head of Products & Analytics, Consumer & Commercial Banking at Ecobank Nigeria, Victor Yalokwu, said the initiative was both to celebrate the Group’s four decades of operations in Africa and to reward customer loyalty.
“This year’s campaign is a special celebration of Ecobank Group’s 40 years of operations across Africa and a way to show appreciation to our customers by rewarding their loyalty even as we deliver first-class banking services,” Yalokwu stated.
The campaign is open to individuals, businesses (including SMEs and schools), and youth customers nationwide, including those who reactivate dormant accounts. Winners will be selected through monthly draws, with a grand finale draw in January 2026.
According to the bank, individual account holders will share N16.8 million in monthly draws, while eight customers will win N8 million at the finale. Business account holders will receive a similar N16.8 million monthly pool, with four businesses taking N16 million grand prizes. For students, 50 account holders will win N40,000 each monthly, while four will receive N400,000 education grants in January.
To qualify, new individual customers must open an account with a minimum of N10,000 and maintain it for 30 days, while businesses must deposit at least N40,000. Customers are also required to transact through Ecobank’s digital platforms—including the Mobile app, USSD (*326#), Business app, OMNIPLUS, internet banking, or debit cards.
Yalokwu urged Nigerians to take advantage of the campaign. “We encourage everyone to join and experience the benefits of banking with Ecobank, while getting rewarded for their loyalty,” he said.
