Bolt, a ride-hailing platform, is celebrating this year’s Customer Service Week with a series of exciting activities and giveaways for both drivers and riders across Nigeria.

The celebration, themed: ‘Bolt says thanks’ and ‘Our daily heroes,” is dedicated to appreciating the people who make the Bolt community thrive, the drivers who keep cities moving every day and the riders who rely on Bolt for their daily journeys.

As part of the week-long celebration, Bolt is rewarding 300 drivers across 10 cities with N5,000 meal vouchers, giving them a well-deserved treat for their hard work and commitment.

In Lagos, 150 drivers would also be hosted to a special lunch at the company’s centre, where they would enjoy good food, fun, and exciting prizes through a lucky dip and spinning wheel.

In addition, Bolt is taking the celebration online with an engaging Customer Service Week Bingo game on Instagram, where one lucky rider would win N1 million worth of ride credit.
