• Holds prayer session to mark Seyi Tinubu’s 40th birthday
• Northern youths plan to distribute education materials
No fewer than 3,000 women and youths drawn from different parts of Lagos State were given N50,000 each at a prayer session held as part of the 40th birthday celebration of Seyi Tinubu in the state, yesterday.
Chairman of Kosofe Local Council, Moyosore Ogunlewe, commended Seyi Tinubu for his contribution to the society.
Meanwhile, Director General of the City Boy Movement, Oluwatosin Shoga, said: “The purpose of today’s gathering is to thank God for giving us a young man—Seyi Tinubu—who is an enabler of young people in the country.
Similarly, northern youths, under the auspices of Youth Alliance for Northern Development, have concluded a plan to unveil distribution of educational materials to public schools to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Seyi Tinubu.
Convener of the event, Seyi Olorunsola, disclosed that the occasion would also feature prayers, construction of giant billboards of the President’s son in various locations of the ancient city, amng others.
Olorunsola, who spoke while addressing journalists on Sunday in Kano, said the event, which will hold colourfully at the Hilton Palace Banquet Hall on Friday, would be graced by the Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Abdullahi Yusuf Atah.
