The Senior Pastor of DayStar Christian Centre, Sam Adeyemi; Founder, House of Tara, Tara Fela-Durotoye; Head of FifthGear Plus, Niyi Adesanya; Founder of Oak and Teak Interiors, Morenike Molehin, and Founder of MSME Africa, Seye Olurotimi, are some of the speakers expected at the maiden “InfluenceHer Conference” slated for tomorrow, October 24, 2025, in Lagos.
The conference, organised by Thriving Business Fellowship, led by Mayokun Oreofe, aims to help women grow and scale sustainably. Oreofe said that from her work over the last 19 years, one thing has remained consistently clear: women are not short of ideas, brilliance, or drive; what they lack is support, structure, and room to truly grow.
She said that participants at the conference would be equipped with practical knowledge, empowerment, confidence building, as well as connection to an ecosystem that makes scaling possible.
Oreofe, however, commended Wema Bank for its support because it is through the support that some women would be able to attend the conference. She also thanked Studio 24, Blooms Soft Furnishing and Gifts, Skyprint, Ubana Grill House, Deol Events, Posh Homewares, Danish Bakery, and Green Essence for their support in making the conference a reality.
She disclosed that the Bank of Industry (BoI) would be present with their women-focused product as part of the empowerment package to give women visibility on funding pathways that could support their business growth.
