The Managing Director of Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd, Dr Chibuikem Onyekachi Emmanuel, has praised the appointment of Dr Kingsley Udeh as the Minister of Science and Technology, describing it as a well-deserved recognition of excellence and capacity.
