Sports facilities building outfit, Monimichelle, is set to hand over the recently refurbished Remo Stadium to its owners, Remo Stars Football Club, the managing director of the firm, Ebi Egbe, has said.
Monimichelle recently embarked on the construction of a hybrid synthetic pitch at Remo Stadium, the home ground of the 2025 Nigerian NPFL champions, Remo Stars FC, in Ikenne, Ogun State.
During the course of the work, Remo Stars were forced to relocate to the MKO Abiola Sports Arena in Abeokuta as the venue for their CAF Champions League campaign.
“I started the construction of a hybrid synthetic pitch at Remo Stadium about four months ago, and as we speak, the job is almost completed. Our next stop is Sardauna Memorial Community Stadium, in Gusau, Zamfara State, Egbe told The Guardian, yesterday.
Egbe stated that his good work across the country would continue to speak for his company, Monimichelle, adding that his firm will never cut corners just to do a shoddy job.
“Our mission is to construct good pitches and football stadiums across the country. We don’t believe in cutting corners just to satisfy some people,” he added.
