Granalfa UK Ltd, a real estate marketing company with roots in Nigeria, has announced plans to deploy a new approach to property marketing in the United Kingdom as it prepares for full operations from April 1, 2026.
The company, which operates under its parent firm, Granalfa Homes Ltd, said its UK expansion reflects a shift in property marketing driven by digital innovation and changing consumer behaviour among buyers, renters and investors.
Founded in 2020 by Praise Ohabuike, Granalfa began operations in Nigeria with a focus on housing access and family-oriented property solutions. The company has since evolved into a cross-border real estate brand, positioning itself to connect property developers, landlords and investors with new markets beyond Nigeria.
Granalfa UK Ltd is headquartered in Coventry and Birmingham, two cities the company described as strategic because of their growing populations, student communities, professional workforce and appeal to international investors. The firm said the choice of location was informed by infrastructure growth and increasing housing demand in both cities.
Unlike conventional real estate marketing that centres on listings and transactions, the company said its model prioritises strategy, presentation and targeted engagement. It added that its services are designed to support developers, landlords, investors and tenants through structured campaigns informed by data and audience behaviour.
Granalfa UK Ltd said it places emphasis on presenting properties through storytelling, focusing on lifestyle, neighbourhood context, accessibility and long-term value, rather than only physical features. The company said this approach is aimed at helping properties gain visibility in a competitive market while providing clarity for prospective occupants and investors.
The firm noted that its operations are guided by principles of transparency, trust and service, with campaigns aligned to client objectives and market conditions. It added that this framework is intended to build long-term relationships with stakeholders rather than one-off transactions.
As it prepares to commence full UK operations in 2026, Granalfa UK Ltd said it aims to strengthen its footprint in the property marketing space while maintaining links between Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
The company said its broader objective is to connect people to housing opportunities across borders, positioning itself as a bridge between emerging and established property markets.
