ICSAN appoints new registrar, chief executive

The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) has appointed Aniedi Amos as its new registrar/chief executive officer.

According to a statement by the institute’s President/Chairman of the Governing Council, Uto Ukpanah, Amos is a distinguished fellow of the institute whose professional journey reflects dedication, competence and unwavering commitment to the ideals of corporate governance and institutional excellence.

Ukpanah said he previously served the institute in a senior management capacity, demonstrating strong leadership and administrative acumen, and stated that his subsequent election to the governing council further underscored the confidence reposed in him by the membership.

His appointment as Registrar/CEO, according to the ICSAN boss, marks a significant milestone, bringing to the role a wealth of experience, deep institutional knowledge, and a clear vision for the continued growth and advancement of the institute.
