The Presidency Project has appointed two senior officials to strengthen its foreign affairs operations and expand the movement’s international visibility ahead of the 2027 general elections.

President General and Founder of the joint project, Chief (Dr.) Lazarus Nwachukwu, on weekend announced the appointment of Amina Maiwada as National Director of Foreign Affairs and Engr. Chief Patricia Ozioma as Deputy National Director of Foreign Affairs.

Speaking during the announcement, Nwachukwu said the new officials have been tasked with promoting the organization’s activities across its international chapters, including the Presidency Project-USA, Presidency Project-UK, Presidency Project-Canada, and other overseas platforms.

He stated that the movement is gaining momentum nationwide and has the potential to attract up to 90 million members before the 2027 elections.

“The Presidency Project is spreading across the country like wildfire and will soon gain wider recognition beyond Nigeria,” he said.

Nwachukwu also praised the National Director and Deputy National Director of Students Affairs for their contributions to the organization, urging all 57 national officers to intensify efforts toward achieving the project’s objectives.

The Presidency Project, according to observations by The Guardian, is being driven by the Center for the Promotion of Peace and Unity in collaboration with the Asiwaju Tinubu Ambassadors and Friends for Good Governance and Better Nigeria.
