The third edition of the annual conference sets its sights on what it truly means to build enterprises, create value, and generate lasting prosperity in today’s economy.
A curious thing has happened to work in the last few years.
For a long time, success followed fairly recognisable paths. You became a doctor. A lawyer. An accountant. An engineer. Perhaps an entrepreneur if you were unusually daring. Now the opportunities are endless.
A young Nigerian can build a business from a phone, launch a food brand from a home kitchen, build a tech startup from a co-working space, or grow a six-figure audience before fully understanding what they want to do with the visibility.
This should feel liberating. And often, it does. But it has also uncovered uncharted territory: many ambitious people are no longer short of opportunity. They are short of clarity.
What is worth building? Which effort becomes value?
And how does talent become a meaningful contribution?
The Majestic Manifesto Conference 2026 is built around these questions.
The Majestic Manifesto Conference began in 2024 as a conference marking Debola Deji-Kurunmi‘s 40th birthday. Over two editions, it has become an annual gathering where professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and creatives meet around one working conviction: that relevance in any sphere of influence requires converting purpose into measurable, disciplined work. Because you cannot be relevant in the world you have been sent to if you cannot create value.
Now in its third edition, Majestic Manifesto returns on Friday, 12th 9Virtual) and Saturday, 13th (Hybrid – Solutions Arena, Lagos) June 2026, with a theme that speaks directly to the context of this age: Work. Wisdom. Wealth: Reimagining Valuable Work in the Age of Opportunity. The conference will be held virtually on Day One and as a hybrid event on Day Two, accommodating over 10,000 attendees in person and from around the world.
Founded by Debola Deji-Kurunmi, the conference was born from a conviction she has carried for years. “The world does not have a shortage of talented people,” DDK says. “It has a shortage of people who know how to convert purpose into production. People who know how to organise their finest efforts, multiply value for others, and operate with wisdom in their sphere of influence.”
The 2026 edition is anchored on three pillars that function in sequence.
Work is the engine; the organising of one’s finest efforts to create real value within a sphere of influence. Wisdom is the strategy that unlocks opportunity, the ability to serve with a new dimension of intelligence in today’s fast-shifting economy. Wealth is the outcome, not an accident, but the result of disciplined value creation and responsible enterprise.
Together, these three pillars form a manifesto for a generation of leaders who are ready to build, but need clarity and the right structure.
The two-day event will feature brilliant speakers addressing the future of work, wealth creation, and strategic leadership in emerging economies. Panel sessions will also drive important conversations on entrepreneurship and innovation, economic transformation, the creative industry, youth and the future workforce, and financing and investment opportunities.
At the centre of the experience is the Opportunity Room, an interactive economic discovery space built around 12 key sector tracks. Using DDK’s Valuable Work Model, attendees will be guided through structured conversations to identify the most valuable opportunities in 2026 within their specific sphere of influence. Virtual attendees will participate through dedicated breakout rooms managed by trained moderators.
The conference will also feature the Work Ethic Challenge, which will put teams in front of real-world problems, limited resources, and a 45-minute timeframe; a live, visceral demonstration of what disciplined effort looks like under pressure.
For attendees seeking deeper access and more intimate conversations, the Builders Circle remains one of the most anticipated experiences on the programme. This closed-door session will bring together founders, investors, and industry leaders for honest conversations on building ventures, navigating failure, accessing capital, and scaling impact.
Majestic Manifesto is for leaders who refuse to drift.
Young professionals, thought leaders, visionaries, investors, policymakers, entrepreneurs, creatives, innovators, and anyone building, leading, creating, or shaping the future of their industry belong in this room.
Past attendees describe the Majestic Manifesto experience as a turning point. They arrived carrying questions they could not fully articulate, but they left with frameworks, direction, business blueprints, and access to a community of people already doing the work.
Leaders interested in attending can now secure their seats at a discounted early bird rate under their preferred ticket category. Full details are available at majesticmanifesto.com
