…organises training for CSCS staff
As part of efforts aimed at strengthening organisational readiness and accelerate transformation, Inspired2Lead, a leading leadership development and management consulting firm, recently facilitated a comprehensive Change Management Training for all staff of Central Securities Clearing System Plc (CSCS) across its Lagos and Abuja offices.
Led by the Chief Executive Officer of Inspired2Lead, Odeyemi Olayiwole, alongside other faculty members of the firm, the training was designed to equip employees with the mindset, skills, and tools required to successfully navigate organisational change and contribute effectively to the execution of CSCS’s strategic priorities.
The initiative forms a critical component of CSCS’s commitment to building a high-performing, agile, and future-ready workforce capable of driving innovation and sustaining growth in the nation’s financial market infrastructure ecosystem.
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CSCS, Shehu Shantali, personally flagged off the various training cohorts in both Lagos and Abuja, demonstrating executive commitment to the transformation journey and underscoring the importance of employee engagement in achieving organisational success.
Speaking during the opening sessions, Shantali emphasised the significance of change readiness as CSCS embarks on a new phase of growth and transformation guided by its three-year strategic vision.
He noted that achieving ambitious organisational goals requires not only clear strategies but also employees who are equipped and empowered to embrace change.
The training covered key areas including, understanding the dynamics of change, overcoming resistance, building adaptability and resilience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing collaboration, and aligning individual contributions with organisational objectives.
Participants engaged in interactive learning sessions, case studies, practical exercises, and discussions focused on translating strategic priorities into measurable actions across all levels of the organization.
To Olayiwole, the successful transformation is ultimately driven by people.
