The organisation successfully achieved the record for the “most photos of people wearing Adire patterned clothing uploaded to Instagram in one hour,” reaching a verified total of 652 uploads. The historic event took place on March 14, 2026, bringing together fashion enthusiasts, cultural advocates and the digital community to showcase the beauty and global appeal of the traditional Yoruba textile.
The milestone will be formally commemorated along with their one year anniversary, marking a double celebration of cultural impact and organisational growth, with a celebratory gathering recognising the dedication of the team, partners and thousands of participants who contributed to this global feat.
