Real estate firm, Zularich Properties, has handed over completed housing units to subscribers of its Zularich Residences Phase 2 as part of its expansion drive along the Lekki-Epe corridor in Lagos.
At a ceremony held at the estate on Monastery Road, Sangotedo, the company also unveiled a new luxury housing project, Zularich Signature, aimed at addressing the growing housing deficit in the state.
The Sangotedo axis has increasingly become a hotspot for property investment, driven by rising land values, improving infrastructure, strong rental demand and expanding commercial activities.
Commissioned in November 2025, Zularich Residences Phase 2 is a gated community comprising multiple units of two-bedroom glass houses, two-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom terrace duplexes.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of Zularich Properties, Dr. JohnPaul Enemuoh, described the event as a major milestone for the company, noting that it marked its second completed luxury residential development in the Sangotedo area.
According to him, the handover reflects the company’s commitment to delivering on its promises and building investor confidence.
“Today, we are proud to hand over the keys of these magnificent homes to our subscribers. They can now see that their investments are yielding results and that the trust they placed in our brand was worthwhile,” he said.
Enemuoh also unveiled the prototype for the company’s next flagship development, saying construction on the project was already nearing 50 per cent completion and would be officially launched in the coming months.
He explained that Zularich Signature would feature fully automated smart homes comprising three-bedroom terrace duplexes with boys’ quarters, solar-powered systems and artificial intelligence-enabled technology.
“The Zularich Signature is designed as a smart home that can interact with residents and understand native languages. It is the first of its kind within this corridor and is strategically located close to our Phase 1 estate,” he said.
President of the Billionaire Realtors Group, Dr. Emmanuel Abikoye, commended the company for delivering on its promises, saying such milestones were crucial to restoring investor confidence in the real estate sector.
He said credible project delivery remains key to strengthening trust in Nigeria’s housing market.
Also speaking, BRG Portfolio Manager, Dr. Laide Okubena, thanked subscribers for their trust in the company, describing home ownership as more than just acquiring property but securing long-term stability and a new future.
One of the new homeowners, Mr. Kolawole, who purchased a four-bedroom terrace duplex, praised the company for its flexibility and understanding during the financing process.
He noted that Zularich’s willingness to accommodate bank-financed purchases distinguished it from many other developers.
“I like the fact they are genuine and real because I did this with the financing of a bank, and they were patient unlike other property sellers. They showed empathy and understood that some buyers might need to finance it through bank loans,” he said.
