What Nigerians Need For Democratic Governance

Sir, life, as we see, is deeper beyond logical knowledge. Imaginative knowledge, which is the fountain of rapid transformation, is encouraged to encounter the presence of ethical intellectualism directed to making citizens of a staggering nation regulate pleasures of inflation and deflation within the territory – hence, if everything being equal (ceteris paribus), there is a market conflict on the economy.

Nigeria logical terrain must translate into some parts of imagination to tackle unseen problems that always swallow a government. Changing government every four years, eight years, or as the case may be is not the good developmental system and guarantee. The heavy allocation on elections is big enough to produce historic developments in our nation. Therefore, Nigerians must invest in leadership skills and balanced entrepreneurship skills to foster human and infrastructural developments. If we all depend on political services, we are definitely trending an undeveloped opportunity. If the government is charged for developmental damages or declinations, the singular pressure is to enable investment in agricultural, technological, and scientific sectors, while administrative and entertainment sectors continue to align productive measures for the beautiful of governance. If this is significantly considered, Nigeria has taken the better route to greater achievements that can bring her closer to her American and European counterparts.

However, as the elections are four years intervals, it is advised that each season should be conducted with careful evaluation and selection to avoid those candidates coming out for monetary purposes rather than developmental purposes. So, to say, Nigerians need to put stronger efforts to make sure their votes count in order to ensure patriotic citizens win their respective positions to enhance democratic workings. The youths must educate the older citizens who might not have full knowledge of the candidates and, most importantly, youths must ensure they are not used against one another or as machinations for electoral malpractices by ill-fashioned political leaders. Youths should not trade their futures for pocket money or food items. Nigeria needs revolutionary and visionary leaders that can create gainful employment for the citizens and the youths in particular. So, individual politics should prevail over party politics. Adherence of this in relation to the 2027 general elections would definitely usher Nigerian youths to the peak of political inclusion and good governance.

Nigerians in diaspora and at home should inclusively campaign for revolutionary and visionary leaders within touching religious, ethnical, and sentimental approaches, rather on merits, records and achievements that are solely responsible for human and infrastructural developments of the nation. This is the only way 2027 general elections can be productive and advantageous for Nigeria.

In a nutshell, it is an election time again. Nigerians are set to hear their stories through every medium and hopes – all the well-meaning and unbiased Nigerians and youths in particular are profoundly called to activate their respective ideological systems to enhance 2027 general elections with societal reflections. We are encouraged to strengthen our political powers and electoral processes to challenge the electoral empire for the desired polls. Nigerians are to channel all energies to secure electoral freedom and to ensure democracy is found at every peak of organs of government. Our political leaders must not take advantage of our vulnerability and leniency henceforth. It is seen that they are in their prime to impose candidates for us, and we should stop the blindness. Whatever happens in between the conscience of the rich and poor is a game of survival. Nigerians should preach for equality and equity to simply find justice for our respective management. This is a collection of unequal efforts for a relatively balanced transaction of governance. No one should be treated awkwardly. Equal rights must prevail to checkmate relevancies and essentials of political participation.

We should resist the spirit of political rigmarole, and we are to engage with a profound concern of a selection process. If we wait until the leaders bring their successors and representatives, we have half-dressed ourselves for the contest. We should resist all their games and embrace the safety of our desires by ensuring our recommendations are recognized. The act of dragging mandates and candidates with these leaders after their selections weakens our selection process and system of governance.

I call on Nigerians to look into democratic courses in order to choose their choice for 2027 general elections. For the presidency, we should vote for a revolutionary and visionary leader. We should vote for the furruner of democratic advocacies and attitudinal reformation in Nigerian youths. We should vote for a down-to-earth supporter of justice for Nigerian victims and who is fearless to confront inappropriate activities of our dear Nigeria in his administration.

Now, I will tell Nigerians that whatever we do is to our own advantage. That is what revolution means. If we continue to watch some of these ill-fashioned political leaders to choose for us every time, we will definitely continue to live in oppression. It is time we wake up to do the needful for ourselves so that the beat of betrayal and suffering from some of these leaders can relatively stop. We should, therefore, vote for a candidate with versatile knowledge in governance that would align with our desired democratic evangelism.

It is time we educate one another on the dangers it is to keep quiet and see what is negatively affective prevail. We shouldn’t endure the pain anymore, and we shouldn’t encourage the leaders to see us as the last options for their game of mind. Everything we do now, especially for the success of 2027 general elections to our desire, is a testament of our struggles to maintain democratic system and good governance. To this, we must not rest until we see our nation in the position we like.

Finally, the flag bearers of the major political parties are strong and reasonable in one way to another. It is of that regard we should trend our part carefully to put the very good one in the power. Whatever we do between now and the election day would give us a result that would last for four years. So, we are warned to refuse being carried away by the words of biased influencers, intellectuals, activists, columnists, and celebrities. I see Nigeria and her children at the top.
