Entrepreneur and social media personality Sharon Adeleke has challenged conventional celebrity fashion norms, saying it’s okay to repeat clothes. Known widely as the elder sister to global Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido.

Sharon took to social media to push back against the unspoken industry pressure that discourages wearing the same clothes twice.

She said, “Last Sunday, I have an event and I did not have anything made for it. So, I decided to wear something that I have wore before and my team objected that people have seen it before and they will see it again. But I wore it anyway.”

Refusing to bow to superficial expectations, she encouraged others to break free from similar constraints. “Don’t let anybody tell you you can’t repeat your clothes. I will re-rock as many times as I like. I am not going to let anybody put unnecessary pressure on me,” she stated. Emphasizing the message further, she added, “Don’t be afraid to repeat your clothes. Re-rock as many times as you like.” She noted.

Sharon Adeleke comes from one of the most influential and prominent families in Nigeria. She is the daughter of the billionaire business magnate and educator Dr. Adedeji Adeleke, who serves as the CEO of Pacific Holdings Limited and the founder of Adeleke University. Her mother was the late Dr. Veronica Adeleke. Growing up within the Adeleke household places her alongside high-profile siblings, including her globally acclaimed brother Davido, as well as her brother Adewale Adeleke. Additionally, her extended family features prominent political figures, such as her uncle Ademola Adeleke, the Governor of Osun State.

Despite coming from a background of immense wealth and generational influence, Sharon charted an independent path for herself. Rather than relying solely on family privileges, she has embraced the entrepreneurial journey.

Professionally, Sharon is widely recognized as a dedicated businesswoman and the creative force behind Rona Wigs Studio, a successful luxury hair and extension brand that she built from the ground up. Over the years, she has used her platform to discuss the realities of building an enterprise, often emphasizing that true professional success requires hands-on dedication, proper strategy, and personal accountability, regardless of financial backing.

Beyond her beauty and wig enterprise, she is deeply integrated into the family’s broader business and entertainment infrastructure, also holding key responsibilities as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Davido Music Worldwide (DMW).
