Afropop artiste, TEMKEYZ is set to release his debut six-track EP, Love or Money, on Friday, 21 August 2026.

Blending Afropop, heavy percussion, orchestral arrangements and sweet melodies, the project explores love, money, vulnerability and the realities of modern dating through the perspective of a lover boy navigating the difficult choices that come with affection and material expectations.

The title Love or Money,” captures the central dilemma of the project. Whether love or financial security ultimately carries greater weight in relationships.

“I’ve found myself in situations throughout my life where I’ve had to choose between love or money. Sometimes you want to follow your heart, and sometimes reality makes you think differently. This project is my way of sharing a glimpse of that consistent dilemma and the choices we make in between.” – TEMKEYZ

Across six tracks, including a voice-over intro, Love or Money presents different sides of romance, from vulnerability and desire to reciprocity and emotional self-worth. Records such as “Come Correct” and “Consider” further explore the complexities of wanting to be loved, valued and chosen in return.
