B4B Partners has announced winners for the 2026 Africa Revenue Makers Awards (ARMA), recognising professionals driving growth across sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, product and commercial leadership.

Now in its second edition, ARMA was created to spotlight the professionals behind the numbers — the people creating opportunities, winning and retaining customers, building revenue systems and leading teams that drive business growth across Africa.

This year’s nominations came from four countries and seven sectors, including fintech, FMCG and hospitality.

An independent panel assessed submissions based on measurable impact, innovation and the credibility of the evidence presented.

Speaking at the awards, founder and Chief Executive Officer of B4B Partners, Napa Onwusah said the recognition was created to give greater visibility to professionals whose work keeps organisations growing.

To her, “across Africa, thousands of people are doing the hard work of growing businesses every day. They are finding opportunities, winning customers, keeping them, building better systems and leading teams. We started the Africa Revenue Makers Awards because we believe the people behind that growth deserve to be seen, celebrated and given a platform of their own.”

The winners represent a cross-section of professionals working across Africa’s growing commercial ecosystem, from emerging talent to senior leaders responsible for shaping revenue strategy and performance.

ARMA recognises that revenue is no longer the responsibility of one function alone. Sales, marketing, growth, customer success, operations and leadership all play a role in helping organisations acquire customers, create value and sustain growth.
