…Unveils NOVA HEIGHTS as it expands Lagos operations
A real estate firm, 1159 Realty has unveiled NOVA HEIGHTS, a new residential development in Lekki Scheme II, Abraham Adesanya, Lagos, with sales scheduled to commence in January following a pre-launch period running through December.
The company announced the development at its recently held Realtors Escape, which brought together selected real estate professionals from Lagos, Oyo and Ogun states to strengthen partnerships and introduce the project to its realtor network.
As part of preparations for the sales launch, 1159 Realty said it planned to organise an on-site inspection for participating realtors to familiarise them with the location, understand the development and acquire the product knowledge required to engage prospective buyers.
The company’s Founder and Managing Director, Comfort Olugbami, described NOVA HEIGHTS as an important step in its growth and efforts to make property ownership more accessible to a new generation of investors and homebuyers.
“NOVA HEIGHTS represents an important chapter in our journey as a company. We have always believed that real estate should be more accessible, more intentional, and more responsive to the aspirations of the people buying into it,” she said.
Olugbami said the company was looking to deepen its presence in Lagos while working with real estate professionals who understood the market and the needs of prospective buyers.
She also emphasised the company’s commitment to excellence and the quality of its clients’ property-buying experience.
“We are very obsessed with excellence. We believe that when things are done properly, you can guarantee that your clients will have the best experience when it comes to property,” she said.
The company said its relationship with realtors would extend beyond individual transactions to include professional development, sales opportunities and incentives for those working with the brand.
Founded in 2021, 1159 Realty began with a focus on reducing barriers to real estate investment for young and aspiring investors. It has since expanded into land banking, premium property development and agro-real estate.
Its portfolio includes Cisca Villa in Ibadan, a construction and development project, and Johnny’s Gate II in Malete, which represents its land-banking activities in emerging locations.
The company has also introduced a resale marketplace that allows existing clients to list fully paid properties for resale.
Another part of its business strategy is the Daring Tribe, a community of more than 700 active realtors, according to the company. Operating under the “Learn. Earn. Win.” philosophy, the initiative offers training, masterclasses, sales challenges and rewards to support real estate professionals.
1159 Realty said the initiative reflected its broader objective of developing people alongside its property portfolio through training, technology and professional support.
The unveiling of NOVA HEIGHTS marks the company’s latest move into the Lagos residential property market, which it considers an important part of its expansion plans.
Olugbami said the company intended to build a distinct identity around the development rather than simply add another property to its portfolio.
“We are not entering Lagos simply to say that we have a Lagos property,” she said. “We are entering with the ambition to build something people can identify with, believe in, and ultimately call home.”
The company said it would equip its realtor partners with product information and sales resources to support the marketing of NOVA HEIGHTS to a wider audience.
1159 Realty operates offices in Lagos, Ibadan, Ilorin and the United States. Its business combines property investment and development with real estate education, technology and community-building initiatives.
