Vixion targets smart housing demand in Abuja

Vixion V

Vixion V, a new residential development in Katampe Extension on Sunday, said it is targeting modern homeowners and property investors with a blend of technology-enabled infrastructure, recreational facilities and functional living features.

As expectations around residential living in Nigeria’s capital continue to evolve, demand is increasingly extending beyond conventional housing to developments that integrate convenience, connectivity, recreation, security and efficient use of space.

In a statement by the company’s Social Media Manager, Vine Ada-Ehi, the project was presented against the backdrop of changing expectations around residential living in Nigeria’s capital.

The project features frame structure construction, sound cavity walls, fibre-optic connectivity, elevator access and basement parking, alongside an indoor private gym, private cinema and recreational centre.

Ada-Ehi said: “It is against this backdrop that Vixion V, a new residential development in Katampe Extension, Abuja, is being introduced as a response to the changing needs of modern homeowners and property investors the project combines residential spaces with facilities designed to address everyday demands for convenience, connectivity, recreation, security, and efficient use of space.

“Unlike developments that treat amenities as additions, Vixion V incorporates several of these considerations into its overall design. The project features frame structure construction, sound cavity walls, fibre optic connectivity, elevator access, and basement parking, alongside lifestyle facilities, including an indoor private gym, private cinema, and recreational centre.

“A hydraulic carport further addresses the growing need for more efficient parking solutions in premium residential developments. Together, these features reflect an approach that seeks to address not only where people live but also how modern residents increasingly expect their homes to function.

“The project is also entering the market through an off-plan model, creating an alternative for buyers who want to participate in a development from its earlier stages rather than wait until completion.

“For investors, entering during construction can provide access to the project before the completed development potentially commands a higher market value, although returns remain subject to market conditions and other investment risks.”

The project reflects a broader shift in residential development towards integrated housing solutions designed to meet the changing expectations of homeowners and property investors.

Ada-Ehi added, “With Katampe Extension continuing to attract residential and investment interest, Vixion V represents an attempt to bridge the gap between traditional housing and the growing demand for well-integrated, future-oriented residential communities in Abuja.”
