The LOC chairman noted the importance the administration of Governor Wike attached to sports, saying the governor was determined to re-launch Rivers State on the map of sports development in Nigeria.
He said the gates of the stadium would be opened by 11.00 a.m., adding there would be free vehicles at different points in the city to convey fans to the stadium.
