WINNERS have emerged for the 2015 Real Estate Unite Awards that recognises and applauds excellence in Nigerian real estate sector.

The event attracted real estate professionals, prominent individuals and corporate players. It was organized by 3-Invest Limited as part of this year programme.

It was exclusively a night for real estate, according to the Chief Executive Officer, 3Invest Limited, Ms Ruth Obih.

Remarkably, Haven Homes the nation’s connoisseur of exquisite lifestyle living showed it was not a fluke it won the award last year by emerging and retaining the most Affordable Developer of the Year.

There were 12 Award categories, amongst which are ‘The Best Residential Development Award’, ‘The Developer of the Year Award’, and ‘The Affordable Development of the Year Award’. Haven Homes emerged the only company to have nominations in three ategories out of the 12 before emerging the ultimate winner in the ‘Affordable Development of the Year Category.

Amongst other awards given out this year is The Real Estate Person of the Year, a wholly individual recognition Award which went to Mr. Jim Ovia.

The Assistant General Manager, Ufuoma Ukueku, who collected the award commended the organizers of the event, 3Invest Ltd, for promoting excellence within the real estate industry.

Ukueku added that the Award would definitely encourage and motivate them to do greater things and attain higher heights in the days and years ahead.
