“Coco,” the story of a little boy chasing his dreams against the backdrop of Mexico’s colorful Day of the Dead festival, won the Oscar for Best Animated Feature.

The team behind the film, released by Disney’s Pixar studio, dedicated the prize to Mexico whose culture they said made “Coco” possible.
