The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo state, Adebayo Adebalu, has lost his local government to the opposition’s Peoples’s Democratic Party candidate Seyi Makinde.

Makinde polled a total a total of 24,556 votes to defeat Adelabu who scored 13,277 votes at his Ward 009, PU 010, Ibadan South-East Local Government Area.
