Nigerian author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie is the cover star of Marie Claire Brazil’s magazine and we couldn’t be more proud.

She shared the cover image on  Instagram on Saturday.

“Delighted to be on the cover of Marie Claire Brazil. And to highlight the work of talented designers: Brazilian @renatabuzzo.veglab and Nigerians @kikikamanu and @the_ladymaker,” she said in the post.

She expressed her gratitude to a few people at the magazine who made the cover happened and for “everyone at the Marie Claire Brazil team for taking a stand for feminism.”
