To empower corporate professionals and managers for leadership positions, Centum Learning Africa has commenced training of management team to hone their managerial and leadership skills as well as provide specialised training module for organisations to ramp up their internal training infrastructures.

Master Corporate Trainer and Director, Delivery and Operations, Africa, Dipanker Paul explained that the firm, through its intensive one-day workshop scheduled for March 22, and tagged the ‘First Managers Workshop’ and ‘Train the Trainers’, hopes to help corporate professionals hone their managerial and leadership skills.

He said: “We are excited to announce the launch of First Time Managers and Train the Trainers Workshop in Lagos, Nigeria. In the African countries where we are present, we strategically chose to offer these pioneering workshops in the ‘Giant of Africa’ due to its progressive corporate layout that naturally harbours budding managers and trainers.

According to a statement from the firm, key management factors like team and relationship building, being an effective negotiator and communicator, enhancing productivity, leadership skills among others will be unveiled to the first time and aspiring managers, via ‘The First Time Managers Workshop’.
