Group trains over 30 employees on peak performance, culture transformation

To build capacity and improve employees’ professionalism, Nosak Group in partnership with H. G. & W. Consultants LLC recently organised a one-day training for senior and mid-level managers with the theme, “Peak Performance and Culture Transformation”. The training held at the Nosak Training School in Amuwo Industrial Layout had over 30 employees from across the group.

In her opening remarks, Group Human Resource Coordinator, Mrs. Judith Aikhoje disclosed that management would continuously ensure that employees across the group are trained on several subject matters to improve their capacity and effectiveness.

“Our people are the most valuable assets we have; hence management has made commitment to train and retrain our employees at different levels to improve their capacity and make them more effective in the discharge of their responsibilities”, he said.

On the topic, ‘Peak Performance and Culture Transformation’, Aikhoje said it is a very strategic topic that will help to gear up topmost performance among staff members to be at their best. “The thrust for a successful cultural development is to balance the discipline of systems, processes, and technologically improvement as well as to improve the digital culture of the organisation,” he stated.
In his presentation, Managing Partner, H. G. & W. Consultants LLC (UK & Nigeria), Dr. Emerie Agunwah said: “If the culture is right and the people champion the culture, then there will be peak performance in the organisation”. He added that when the people have a winning culture, the company would win on all sides.

Commenting after the training session, Business Manager, Mrs Adeyinka Olowonyo, appreciated management for organising the training for the selected members of staff. “I have learnt that to be outstanding in an organization, your performance must be at its peak which can only be achieved when you develop a culture to be exceptionally excellent”.

She called on the employees to embrace the cultural transformation of the Group by being part of the solution and not part of the problem both at home, work and in the society at a whole.
