Julius Berger appoints Indimi as non-executive director
The Board of Directors of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc has appointed Dr Mohammed Indimi as a non-executive director effective November 7, 2024. According to a statement by the construction company’s secretary, Cecilia Madueke, Indimi will bring his wealth of experience to bear on his function as director as well as the future directions of the group.
Indimi is the recipient of several doctorate degrees from various universities in Nigeria and globally, in various disciplines. He is an entrepreneur and philanthropist whose business acumen spans, oil and gas and financial services. He chairs the Boards of Oriental Energy Resources Limited, M and W PumpNigeria Limited and he’s also a Director of Jaiz Bank Plc.
