The Lagos Chamber for Commerce & Industry (LCCI) is set to hold its second yearly chamber and industry awards in August.

According to a statement from the chamber, the yearly awards pride itself as the most credible, competitive and inclusive award in the Nigerian private sector, which is held to award the most impactful companies from various industries.

“With over 350 entries from prestigious corporations in different sectors, LCCI will be handing out a total of 20 awards to deserving companies/organizations in Lagos on August 8th ,” stated by the chamber.

According to LCCI, the objective of the yearly Commerce and Industry Award is to recognize, promote and celebrate private and public institutions operating in Nigeria for best business practices, growth through innovations, business sustainability and positive impact on the people/Society.

The chamber said the awards will be hosted by Beat 99.9 FM on-air personality, Olisa Adibua and Rhythm 93.7 FM on-air personality & celebrity blogger, Toke Makinwa. Performances for the event will be by Project Fame winner, Geoffrey Oji, Atunga Entertainment cultural dance troupe and girl group, R-Cube.
