
He hinted that the new MoU would last for five (5) years and would make the programme a permanent arrangement by cementing it with the training partnership agreement as it demonstrates the commitment of the college leadership to build the capacity of participants.

He charged them to imbibe the value of integrity, transparency, responsibility, accountability, equity, fairness, efficiency and effectiveness as preached by the institute.
The Commandant of the College, Rear Admiral Samuel Alade, a fellow of the Institute said the code of conduct as contained in the oath was a call to integrity, adding that it goes beyond just the words, as abiding by them was more important.
He said the agreement would enable a more robust partnership that would lead to expanding the collaboration between the college and NIM.“This is the third Executive Membership Conversion Programme for participants of the NDC Course as professional managers. It has helped to move them to a different area where their professional discipline would be required to shape their newly acquired certification for better service delivery,” Alade said.
