Miss Zaya and Mr. Hammersmith in A Soldier’s Story: Return from the Dead, which is set to premiere at The Genesis Deluxe Cinema, Palms Shopping Mall, Oniru, Lekki on December 6, 2018.

Produced by Martin Gbados, the action movie is written and directed by Frankie Ogar.

Set in two West African countries, Nigeria and a fictional country called The Watz Republic, the story highlights major socio-economic issues such as, insurgency, terrorism, women’s rights, emigration and more that the world is currently tackling on a global scale while telling a compelling story of love, hope and survival in the face of corruption.

The film was shot in Lagos, Nigeria with a total number of direct hire cast and crew members for principal photography of 100 people.

This movie stands out because of its complete adherence to international standards of movie production in terms of plot, setting, visual effects, colour correction amidst other post production procedures.

It is equally well positioned to earn both at the box office for entertainement and quality due to its strategic collaborations.

Its cast combines heavy weight Hollywood actor, Eric Roberts including John Vogel and Berit Glaser while its Nigerian cast includes, Alex Usifo, Akin Lewis, Segun Arinze, Linda Ejiofor, Somkele Iyamah-Idhalama, Michelle Dede, Daniel K. Daniel, Tope Tedela, Baaj Odeuble, Samabasa Nzeribe and Vimbai Muthinri.
