International Mother Tongue Day held worldwide on Sunday, February 21. This year’s event was held in Ibadan, Oyo State via a live discussion/zoom link programme organised by the Tunde Odunlade Arts & Culture Connexions, Jadeas Trust and Yoruba Academy & ALT.
The programme, which had as theme, The Importance Of Mother Tongue Literacy: The Elders Perspective, held at the Tunde Odunlade Arts & Culture Connexions Centre, Bodija Estate Extension, Ibadan.
