SammieFaze’s has announced the release date for his brand new single off his forthcoming extended play album. Sammie’s last release was the EP “TAKEN OVER” in 2021 which received extensive airplay on Nigerian radio stations. He has been aggressively promoting the album while working on his sophomore EP which is still untitled.

Sammie recently took to Instagram to announce to his fans and followers that he is going to release a brand new single titled ‘Body Riddim’ come April 15th 2022. This revelation was made with a video reel post. He also intimated his fans of his intention to start a giveaway challenge as part of the promotions and hype leading up to the release.

Born in Ondo state, but from Ohafia in Abia State, Nigeria, Samuel Ukpo aka “SammieFaze” is a Boston, Massachusetts based Nigerian afro fusion singer, songwriter, performer, IT auditor and philanthropist.

During a telephone chat with our reporter about his soon to be released single, Sammie stated: “Body Riddim is a song I wrote for anyone who wants to dance in the clubs, it is a song of appreciation for women all over the world”.

SammieFaze says this song is one of the first of a series of singles he intends to put out off his forthcoming EP. “The song is a declaration from a young man to a woman he is attracted to telling her how he feels about her. I want to whet the appetite of my fans with this single while I am putting finishing touches to my sophomore EP,” he added.

Sammie says the visuals for the single has already been shot, and is undergoing grading and final touches. “The video was shot on location in Boston and will be released shortly after the audio premieres worldwide,” he stated.
