Braniz & Lloyds Aviation has sealed a partnership agreement with two European aviation companies, M & M Aerojob SRL (Romania) and Plane Care Academy (Bulgaria), to expand aviation training and technical services across Africa.

The partnership, which was formalised in Sofia, Bulgaria, positions Braniz & Lloyds Aviation as the official representative of the two companies in Africa, strengthening aviation training and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) capabilities on the continent.

According to Brienze Lawrence, CEO of Braniz & Lloyds Aviation, the partnership aligns with the company’s commitment to bridging the skills gap and enhancing aviation services across Africa.

She said, “We are thrilled about this partnership, which fosters a deeper collaboration between Africa and Europe. Beyond delivering world-class aviation training, this agreement guarantees job placements for our trainees, reinforcing our vision for a modern and safe aviation industry.”

Lawrence noted the credibility and expertise of M & M Aerojob SRL and Plane Care Academy, both renowned for their work with leading airlines and MROs, ensuring the highest safety and operational standards.

“This is a significant milestone for us. Not only will we provide top-tier aviation training across Africa, but we will also serve as a direct link between the companies in Africa and the rest of the world,” she added.

The partnership is expected to create job opportunities for aviation professionals in Africa, addressing a major challenge in the sector.

Through the partnership, Braniz & Lloyds Aviation will actively support its trainees in securing employment opportunities locally and internationally.

Additionally, the partnership will enhance MRO services across Africa, providing airlines, flying schools, and aviation businesses with expert support for more efficient and reliable maintenance operations.
