Dana Air has assured its teeming guests of more customer-customer friendly services as the airline celebrates its 7th anniversary. The anniversary is coming on the heels of the airlines’ progression with the successful completion of its emergency response training.

The Accountable Manager, Dana Air, Obi Mbanuzuo said the airline has made significant efforts to maintain her vision, which has been recognized and respected as Nigeria’s most reliable and customer – friendly airline.

He emphasized that the airline will continue to review its operations to ensure a hassle-free flight experience for its guests.
His words: “Part of the initiatives we have launched recently are the frequent flyer program to reward our loyal customers, online check-in to reduce congestion at the check-in counters and delays at the airport and most recently the bus service, which enable our guests arriving MMA2 to get shuttle services to certain parts of Lagos State”

He noted that the airline entered into partnership with Bond Masters Limited, to provide affordable airport shuttle services to its guests while stressing that, members of its frequent flyer program Dana Miles; would get even cheaper bus service.

He added: “we are here today celebrating our 7th anniversary because of the professionalism, perseverance and commitment of our staff members and there is no better time to celebrate and appreciate them. He continued: “the anniversary week has been busy for us, from our visit to the orphanage, to our anniversary novelty match, we decided to cap the entire celebration by appreciating our staff members at a dinner”
