Dana to reward female passengers on Women’s Day

Dana Air has announced its partnership with Vlisco, the manufacturer of premium Dutch wax fabric, to reward female passengers aboard its flights on International Women’s Day with packages which would include Hollandais fabric.

The Accountable Manager of Dana Air, Obi Mbanuzuo said that the airline is proud to partner Vlisco to celebrate and compensate its female guests on the auspicious occasion of the International Women’s Day coming up on the 8th of March, 2016.

Mbanuzuo, who stated that, there is no better day to show commitment to its female guests, said the airline will always partner worthy initiatives that will encourage women in their areas of endeavour and celebrate them as the pillars of the family and by extension, our dear country.

The Marketing Manager of Vlisco Nigeria Limited, Adaeze Alilonu, while speaking on the partnership with Dana Air, said “we are partnering with Dana Air to celebrate and reward our women for their continuous extraordinary role in building our communities and the nation, as we have done consistently in the past four years with our Vlisco women’s month award. This year, we want to celebrate even more women”.

Also speaking, the Managing Director, Great Measures Media Network Limited, Charles Imuzeze stated that all women flying Dana Air during specific hours will get a package from Vlisco on that day, but female business class passengers will get something special.

According to him, ‘’This is a partnership between two women-friendly brands.’’ the partnership with Dana Air is borne out of our desire to relate with an airline that has shown some level of commitment and good customer service to women’’.
