THE E-Payment Providers Association of Nigeria (E-PPAN) in collaboration with Financial System Security 2020 (FSS 2020) and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) presents Africa’s e-Government Summit. The summit will hold on July 28th to 29th in Abuja with the theme as: ‘E-Government: Key to Sustainable Development.’

The objective of the summit is to create a platform for developing outstanding models and formulate winning strategies which will enhance government administrative productivity, efficiency, and transparency.

The summit will cover issues from seven key developmental areas including; the payment system; agriculture; financial inclusion; insurance; pension; mortgage, and micro small and edium enterprises (MSME’s). These focus areas will run in seven technical sessions and will be anchored by top level seasoned professionals and high profile expert panellists team with in-depth knowledge on the subject matters who will discuss innovations and the vision for a new paradigm in the public sector.

According to the CEO of E-PPAN Mrs. Onajite Regha, “Nigeria has moved into a new era of government with a renewed tenacity to tackle corruption and deliver on efficient and effective citizen-centric services. It is imperative therefore that e-government be the essential tool to drive the desired change”.
