More users embrace e-commerce platform Hubeatz

More users have embraced the first digital online e-commerce web app platform in Nigeria, Hubeatz.

Since its official launch in August 2023 Hubeatz has experienced remarkable growth, attracting a diverse range of users from various countries.

It has reached over 3, 000 users within the period of its launch.

According to Ibitoye, Hubeatz has effectively bridged the gap between farmers or wholesale sellers and consumers both in Nigeria and internationally by connecting local farmers directly with consumers.

This direct connection allows farmers to showcase their products more transparently, fostering trust and enabling them to earn better income through increased sales.

“For Nigerian diaspora communities, Hubeatz addresses the challenge of accessing culturally relevant organic foods. Hubeatz platform offers an extensive range of products that cater specifically to the tastes and needs of African immigrants, making it easier for them to maintain their culinary traditions even while abroad. Also, Hubeatz enables users to purchase organic food items for their loved ones in Nigeria, simplifying gift-giving and enhancing familial bonds without the hassle of monetary transfers.”

Ibitoye said considering the success of the platform, his organisation was focused on expanding the reach of Hubeatz and enhancing user experience through several key initiatives.

He added: “As Hubeatz continues to thrive in the market, the next phase will focus on expanding its reach and enhancing user experience through several key initiatives. A primary goal is the launch of a user-friendly mobile application for Sellers, Buyers and Riders on both Android and iOS platforms. This app will feature advanced capabilities, including personalised recommendations, streamlined navigation, and efficient order tracking, making it easier for consumers to access fresh organic foods, regardless of their location.

“In addition to app development, Hubeatz plans to deepen partnerships with local farmers and suppliers, increasing inventory diversity and availability of culturally relevant food products. By fostering relationships with these stakeholders, Hubeatz aims to ensure fair pricing and transparency in the supply chain.
