Medium scale enterprises can now take advantage of the newly unveiled Legacy serviced offices, which opened at 1619, Danmole Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The serviced outlets, among other things, would cater to the need of small and medium scale enterprise that are already profitable and have raised funding.

Proprietor of Legacy Serviced offices, Kayode Adegbola, told The Guardian that the office outlets provide services to local and international companies, who do not need to bring in their own furniture, internet access, security and other amenities needed in an office.

“Our space is beautifully designed, keeping in mind what the customers need. There are also other things that customers may think they do not need but if we offer it to them, then they will realise that they want it. That thinking to anticipate our customers need and put things in place even before they ask gives us an edge,” he said.

On the affordability of the serviced offices, Adegbola said the spaces are fairly affordable and below the average price of similar facilities in Victoria Island.

He added, “The advantage they get is the ease of working. There is a global phenomenon called the fluidity of work and the idea is that people can work in convenient spaces at times that are convenient for them.  We have designed a space that comes with all what most companies need.”
