Mele-pix+++-CopyWE wish to announce some changes in the Executive Management cadre of Premium Pension Limited. The Executive Director, Operations and Services, Mr. Kayode Akande has moved to the Business Development and Investment Directorate to replace Mr. Adamu Musa Mele who in turn takes over from him at the Operations and Services Directorate.

Mele, now the Executive Director, Operations and Services is a pioneer staff of the Company who played a major role in shaping and stabilising our Investment Department before 2013 when he was elevated to the position of Executive Director in charge of the Business Development and Investment Directorate which comprises the Investment, Business Development, Contribution Collection and Customer Care Departments. He is a seasoned investment banker with over two decades cognate industry experience. He holds an LLB (Hons) BL, and MBA amongst several other local and international qualifications.

Akande, on his part is also a pioneer staff of the Company and has performed creditably well in various roles before being appointed as Executive Director in 2011. He has been saddled with all the operational issues in the Company comprising IT, Contribution Processing, Benefit Administration, Funds Accounts and support services such as Corporate Services and Financial Control. He is a chartered accountant with good systems experience and strong financial control acumen and diverse industry experience. He is well versed in financial planning, with a depth of financial analysis and financial modelling skills.

“These changes are aimed at maximizing the company’s growth potentials” said the company’s Managing Director, Mr. Wilson Ideva.
