SFS Capital launches mobile app for mutual investment

Investment management firm, Fixed Income Fund (SFS) Capital, has launched its mobile investment app, SFS Fund Mobile App aimed at enabling individuals to start their mutual fund investment journey with a return of 9.25 per cent.

The launch of the app is in commemoration of National Financial Awareness Day, marked on August 14, 2022, as a day dedicated to assisting individuals to develop financial principles, and practices that can build a solid financial future.
  
The app offers a straightforward and responsive design, easy navigation and features to deliver secure and seamless transactions for users.
  

 
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), SFS Capital, Patrick Ilodianya, the platform is consistently moving the boundaries of what is possible in investment and a product of a decade of learning to use financial technology to enhance investment factors and promote ease of investment.

He said: “We feel it’s important we come into the retail market and SFS Fund is the best way to go. SFS Fund started a few years ago and we have gone through a full journey to get a fintech-enabled investment platform.
   
“Since the inception of SFS Fund in 2014, SFS Capital has consistently paid out dividends to investors on a quarterly basis and maintains AA+ rating which is the second highest possible rating for a mutual fund and has a competitive return on investment with no pre-termination charge.

He added: “A standing order can be created and we do not make deductions that are not authorised.”

Speaking on the feature, he said: “The features of the SFS Fund Mobile App include investment and liquidity, which with N5, 000, an individual can start an investment journey on SFS Fund and start earning interest immediately.”
  
Commenting on the interest rate, he said since its inception, SFS Fund has consistently outperformed its peers and its benchmark. “For transparency, the interest rates are updated daily and visible on your dashboard each time you open the App.”
 
Speaking on the security of the platform, he remarked: “We are regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). All investments are also held by an independent and highly regulated custodian. All investment decisions are reviewed by an independent trustee.
 
“One of the benefits is that users who refer others with a unique referral code get N1,000 once the referred party signs up and makes an investment.”
