Spectranet00AS part of its plan to continue to support and delight customers across the country, Spectranet 4G LTE, has opened a new experience centre in Abuja with a view to bringing fast internet connectivity closer to businesses and homes in the Federal Capital city.

Speaking at the launch of the shop, Mr. David Venn, managing director, Spectranet 4G LTE, said that the centre is designed in line with the company’s constant drive to deliver outstanding customer service at every touch point and bring numerous benefits that provide a powerful internet broadband experience.

He said that residents of Abuja and its environ can now visit the Spectranet Shop located within the Gwarinpa estate to explore the latest innovations of the brand and get a first-class customer service delivery ranging from product purchase, data subscription, enquiry and resolve any issues.

David said its customers will get free Gigabyte for every modem purchased and rollover data of every unused data on monthly renewal.

He said that the centre has been structured to be interactive with the customers, such that when customers come in, all the equipment to resolve all their issues and keep them satisfied have been provided.

He added that the company will continue to roll out more outlets to enrich consumers’ experience even as he announced a family package as part of the company’s commitment to deepen family ties via making internet accessible and affordable for all.

Mike Ogor, head of Marketing, Spectranet said that the journey of the brand started in 2009 with a goal to be closer to the consumer hence the location of the shop in one the biggest estates in West Africa.

According to Mike, Spectranet is a family brand and we made clear and deliberate effort to establish the shop based on our desire to bond with the family.

He further explained that the Spectranet family bundle comes with free 30 GB and one CPE (indoor) modem at N16,000 or free 5 GB with one CPE (indoor) modem at N12,000 as well as rollover of unused data to the next month.
