Again bad implementation is killing a good policy and yet the administration is not doing anything about it. it is also the fault of the businesses and the associations. what are the associations there to do? they are there to fight for good policies, to help implement the policy, educate their members and ensure safety and quality. now tell me, why hasn’t this man taken it upon himself to train the members of this association on the mixture of flour. why hasn’t this association done something to help increase the amount of the raw material they need. we can’t continue to wait for the government to solve everything. businesses need to start focusing on doing what is necessary to reduce cost and improve their businesses.
