IN its bid to ensure quality service and redefine the overall travel experience of it clients, Sesby’s Travels and Tours Limited has entered into a partnership with a multi-billion dollar travel management firm, ATG Travel; a firm having a global affiliate network that provides services to travellers around the world.
  
After several months of deliberations, the contract was sealed at the ATG Global headquarters in New Albany, Ohio, USA.
  
ATG is the first and only travel management company in the world that is International Standardization for Organization (ISO) certified. ISO 9001 is the ultimate global benchmark for quality management.

Speaking on the partnership, especially as ATG’s representative in Nigeria, the Managing Director, Ms. Adeola Sesby-Banjoh said that as a member of the global body, “We put travel details on your fingertips. We give you the opportunity of booking your flights and hotels faster. We have around the clock guardian services, I-track tools. You can track the traveler as well as the luggage anywhere in the world. You can also get real time information on anywhere you are travelling to in the world.”

She added that the customized travel portal has mobile applications in 20 languages, emphasizing that, “wherever we have our partners, they will treat you as if you are at home. They provide cheaper fares for Nigerians in all classes.”
 
In other to mitigate the challenge created by the lack of a functional credit card system in Nigeria, the firm now offers a new product on its online portal which allows customers plan ahead and pay in installments up to time of travel at no extra cost. This is its way of giving back to the society.
