1. Backend developer

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with WordPress, PHP(PHP7 Preferably), MYSQL(MariaDB)
• HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (Vanilla and Jquery)
• Ability to consume RESTful web services 
• Proficiency using Git version control.
• Code optimization and performance improvements 
• Passionate about writing beautiful and clean code
• Experience building WordPress themes and plugins.
• Experience with the creation of websites based on the LEMP technology (Linux/Nginx/MySQL/PHP)

Nice to have: 

• Experience in Framework like Laravel
• Experience with SASS/SCSS.
• Experience WooCommerce, WordPress Multisite, API integrations

Personal:

Responsibilities May Include: 

• Maintaining current WordPress site and building them to support new or existing platform features.
• Working with internal and external APIs to build dynamic services.
• Building custom functionality on our news platform 

2. Role: Frontend/UX developer

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience of HTML/CSS and Javascript
• Excellent understanding of front-end web technology stack, e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript(Vanilla JS, Jquery)
• Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.
• Experience with SCSS compilers: Sass/Less
• Experience in framework like Vuejs or Reactjs
• Understand the importance of UX 
• Experience working with tools like photoshop/sketch
• Proficiency using Git version control.

Nice to have:

• A passion for UI consistency

Responsibilities May Include: 

• Build frontend for our various platform 
• Improve the UX of existing site 
• Implement new features using Javascript frameworks
