Minister, workers differ on secret concession of airports

A NEW twist in the concession of three major international airports - the Kano, Abuja and Port Harcourt airports - unfolded at the weekend.

While the workers alleged that the Federal Government had indeed 'secretly' concessioned the airports out to Messrs Baltic Air and Maritime Cargo Services Limited, the government through the Minister of Aviation, Babatunde Omotoba Omotoba, said that the concessioning of the airports would be done in the first quarter of next year.
