FG denies sacking FAAN’s director of finance over appointment irregularities

FEDERAL Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), acting on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Aviation, has denied reports by some media, that its Director of Finance and Accounts (DFA), Mr. Tochukwu Bede Uchendu has been sacked by the Minister of Aviation, Osita Chidoka, over some alleged irregularities detected in his appointment, and for granting unauthorized waivers worth over one billion naira.
